Stilleben

Stilleben designs and produces its own tableware, textiles, and interior collections. The design and production focus on high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, resulting in valuable and long-lasting products.

Stilleben was founded in 2002 by Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft. Both are educated product designers from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in glass and ceramics. Their shared passion for good craftsmanship and peculiar objects has been part of Stilleben since the very beginning.

The name Stilleben is a German art concept referring to a work of art depicting mostly inanimate objects - often in table settings.
