The flat Ye’kwana baskets, commonly used for cooking, are exclusively handwoven by the men. Crafted from Arumã fiber and naturally dyed, they showcase designs of archetypes and animals that represent a living part of their culture and heritage.
The Ye’kwana live reclusively inside the Amazon Rainforest, side by side with the Yanomami on the border between Brazil and Venezuela. It’s with great joy that Incausa can announce they've received and cataloged the 4th lot of productions in New York City.
Each piece is unique. D 35cm.
