Traditional Fishing Basket | Mehinako
Traditional fishing baskets for daily use or collection. The pieces are hand-woven using Buriti fibers.
These baskets, originally used for carrying fresh fish, are great for home decor and storing fruits or other items.
Made by the indigenous artisans of the Mehinako tribe from the Amazon Basin. Known as dream interpreters, they make a deliberate effort to recall and interpret their dreams to help them guide their way through the day.
Every piece of artisanship is 100% handmade and one-of-a-kind.
