Rooted in the Spanish Mediterranean landscape and its eclectic lifestyle, HEREU creates timeless pieces, locally crafted in the most conscious way by their partner artisans.

Founded in 2014 by José Bartolomé and Albert Escribano, the brand reinterprets artisanal traditions and craft through the founder’s laidback and playfully contemporary language, inspired by the region’s imaginary, fusing visual art, folk tradition, and popular culture.

HEREU - meaning ‘heir’ in Catalan - lays at the intersection of heritage and contemporary design, blending a modern twist on nostalgia of the past and functionality of the present.
