Returns

You may return online purchases within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Please note, non-returnable items include: Underwear, made-to-order items, food and drinks, and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Return Labels

Return labels are currently available for Danish orders only — create one here.

Sending your Return

Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, and enclose your order confirmation or order number, as well as your full name, to your package.

Please do not use parcel shops for returns. We are unable to collect packages from these locations, and they will be returned to you at your own expense.

For returns from outside the EU, it is strongly recommended to clearly mark the parcel as "Return of Goods" and label it visibly as RETURN on the outside. On all customs documentation, indicate that RAASTED is a business receiver. This is important to avoid unnecessary customs fees, which would be deducted from your refund.

In-store Returns

Online orders can be returned in-store during our regular business hours within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet all return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 days. Original shipping cost or any added fees cannot be refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

All sales are final after 30 days of delivery. RAASTED reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Free Gift Promotion

In the event of a promotion where a free gift is offered, the gift is conditional upon meeting the minimum purchase requirement. If a return causes the order value to fall below this threshold, the gift must be returned or paid for.

Uncollected Packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any return-related expenses incurred.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not available. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one separately.

Claims

Claims for damage, delay, or missing items in transit must be reported immediately or no later than 2 days after delivery.

For manufacturing faults that appear after use, claims must be submitted within 24 months of purchase. If possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. A refund will be issued only if neither is feasible.

To process a claim, please include a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and return the product along with its original packaging, securely packed for inspection.

Please note that items damaged due to incorrect care or normal wear are not considered faulty. Many of our products are handmade and may feature small natural variations — these are part of their character, not defects.
