We offer free GLS shipping within Denmark on orders above 795 DKK*

For all other orders within Denmark and the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. VAT is included at checkout and applied according to your local rate. No additional duties or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries outside the EU. If you're unable to check out due to shipping limitations, please contact us to confirm availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of your order. For orders outside the EU, we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means RAASTED does not charge VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout — you’ll need to pay any customs fees directly to your local authorities before your order is delivered.

Customs fees vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office. If you choose not to pay these fees, your order will be cancelled, and any related shipping or customs costs will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This refers to RAASTED's handling time only and does not include courier delivery time.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order is returned due to failed delivery, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow extra time for international orders to clear customs. RAASTED is not responsible for customs delays, import charges, or lost parcels.

We offer free local pickup in our Aarhus store. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
