How do I contact customer service?
Please reach out via email for all order-related inquiries or claims at customercare@raasted.dk. We’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible — typically within 1–2 business days.
What countries does RAASTED ship to?
RAASTED ships worldwide to most countries. If you’re unable to check out due to shipping limitations, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery to your location.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payments using MobilePay, Apple Pay, Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Anyday, and more.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your online order (including weekends) to return eligible items. Items must be returned in original, unused condition to be accepted for a refund.

Please do not use parcel shops — we are unable to collect packages from them, and they will be returned to you at your own expense. We recommend using the same courier that delivered your order, when possible.
Do you offer return labels?
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We offer return labels for Danish orders only for a fee of 39 DKK — you can create one here.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Can I return my order in-store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned in-store if they meet the return conditions — within 30 days, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
