For a full, plump look we recommend an insert that is slightly larger than the pillow cover. For a flatter, more relaxed look select an insert the same size as the cover.

Care: Machine wash cold on a delicate setting. Use a gentle detergent. Do not tumble dry. Remove insert before washing.
