Which countries do you ship to?
RAASTED ships worldwide to most countries. If you’re unable to check out due to shipping limitations, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payments using MobilePay, Apple Pay, Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Anyday, and more.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Denmark on orders over 795 DKK.*
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight. For oversized or specialty items, an extra fee may apply — we’ll contact you if that’s the case.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not include the courier’s delivery time, and occasional delays may occur — we’ll notify you if so. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note: timeframes apply to in-stock items only. Made-to-order and pre-order items ship according to the estimated timelines shown on the product page. We do not guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of your order — if anything is unavailable, we’ll contact you via email.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us right away at customercare@raasted.dk. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to make amendments — but we’ll do our best to help if possible.
Can i collect my order in store?
Yes, in-store pickup is available for domestic orders. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
Can I use a discount code?
Discount codes can’t be combined or used on discounted items. They’re only valid within the set date range and can’t be applied to past orders.
The newsletter discount applies to Skall Studio, Frama (excluding lighting), and Aiayu. Subject to change.
How are duties, taxes, and customs fees handled?
If you're in the EU, the correct VAT will be added at checkout.
For orders outside the EU, we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means RAASTED does not charge VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout — you’ll need to pay any customs fees directly to your local authorities before your order is delivered.
Customs fees vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office. If you choose not to pay these fees, your order will be cancelled, and any related shipping or customs costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow extra time for customs clearance. RAASTED is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs delays, or lost or unclaimed packages.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your online order (including weekends) to return eligible items. Items must be returned in original, unused condition to be accepted for a refund.

What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on underwear (briefs, thongs, etc.), deli goods, made-to-order or specialty items, or gift cards. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels attached and in original packaging.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, online sale purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return conditions.
For in-store sale purchases, we do not offer refunds — these may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.
Can i exchange an item?
Exchanges are currently not available. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one separately.
Do you offer return labels?
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We offer return labels for Danish orders only — you can create one here.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
How do I return an order from outside the EU?
Please clearly mark the parcel as "Return of Goods" and label it visibly as RETURN on the outside. On all customs documentation, indicate that RAASTED is a business receiver.
This is important to avoid unnecessary customs fees, which we do not cover. If such fees are incurred, they will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not use parcel shops — we are unable to collect packages from them, and they will be returned to you at your own expense. We recommend using the same courier that delivered your order, when possible.
Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned in-store if they meet the return conditions — within 14 days, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping cost or any added fees will not be refunded. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
