RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns
You may return online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Underwear, made-to-order items, food, specialty products, and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Return labels are available for Danish orders only — create one here.
We do not cover customs or return shipping fees and are not responsible for lost return parcels.

For returns outside the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as "Return of Goods" and label it visibly as RETURN on the outside. On all customs documentation, indicate that RAASTED is a business receiver. This is important to avoid unnecessary customs fees, which we do not cover. If such fees are incurred, they will be deducted from your refund.

Include your order confirmation or order number in the package.

Please do not use parcel shops for returns. We are unable to collect packages from these locations, and they will be returned to you at your own expense.
We recommend using the same courier that delivered your order, especially as some carriers deliver before our business hours.

 

In-Store Returns
Online orders can be returned in-store, provided they meet all return conditions listed above.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping cost or any added fees will not be refunded. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. RAASTED reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES 

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any return-related expenses incurred.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are currently not available. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one separately.

 

CLAIMS

Claims for damage, delay, or missing items in transit must be reported immediately or no later than 2 days after delivery.

For manufacturing faults that appear after use, claims must be submitted within 24 months of purchase. If possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. A refund will be issued only if neither is feasible.

To process a claim, please include a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and return the product along with its original packaging, securely packed for inspection.

RAASTED must be given a reasonable time to assess any claim.

Please note that items damaged due to incorrect care or normal wear are not considered faulty. Many of our products are handmade and may feature small natural variations — these are part of their character, not defects.

 

LIABILITY

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Some orders may experience customs delays, and we have no control over these delays. Please contact the chosen courier for more information on your package. RAASTED is not responsible for payment of any international customs and clearance-related duties or taxes.
