We accept returns for items purchased online within 14 days (including weekends) of receipt of goods.
All items must be on their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all labels attached. Your item must be in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons underwear/intimates and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Made-to-order, food products, and specialty items are non-returnable. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the goods are the recipients responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service – we are not able to provide a return label for international orders. RAASTED will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return process.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation received by email or a written note containing your order number and include it in the return package. This helps ensure smooth processing of the return.
All refunds will be made through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note, that the original shipping cost, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by RAASTED.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after RAASTED has received the returned goods. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction, in which we have no control over.
We reserve the rights to deny refunds if the goods returned does not meet our requirements.

Returned merchandise delivered to a parcel shop will not be picked up by RAASTED and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. We encourage you to return the goods with the same courier who delivered your parcel, as some shipping companies deliver before our opening hours.
You can return online orders physically in our store provided they adhere to the terms stated above.
If you refuse to receive your product upon arrival or fail to pick up your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the product.
It is currently not possible to exchange products. Please return the goods and place a separate order if another variant is wanted.
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods or no later than 2 days of delivery.
Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 24 months of purchase for repair, if possible, or replacement. A full refund will only be issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
RAASTED shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the RAASTED for examination.
Pictures of the faulty items and a description of the faulty goods are required.
Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
Please also note that many of our products are made by hand and therefore each item possess unique characteristics. Small imperfections are often inherent to the natural materials.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays. Please contact the chosen courier for more information on your package. RAASTED is not responsible for payment of any international customs and clearance related duties taxes.
