SHIPPING
RAASTED ships worldwide to most countries. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us directly to confirm if we deliver to your location.
Free shipping on orders within Denmark above 795 DKK*
*This does not include oversized or specialty items, where an additional shipping fee may be added after purchase.
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of the items in your order. If an item is considered oversized or specialty, an additional shipping fee may be added after an order has been placed placed. In such a case, we will promptly contact you.
Standard handling time for all items is 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and does not include the shipping courier's timeframe. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may fall outside the listed timeframes – in such cases, we will contact you with any updates.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number in order for you to track your package.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your goods. We are unable to offer a refund if you are unable to be contacted and the goods are returned to us.

We offer free local pickups for customers who live in Denmark.
You will be prompted to choose local pickup at checkout.
When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email or text from us.

TAXES & DUTIES
International Customers – Orders shipped outside Denmark/EU will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duties/taxes. RAASTED is not responsible for payment of these fees.
Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you. Regulations and guidelines differ by country.
The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. RAASTED is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service, the chosen shipping courier, or customs office for further information.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
We accept returns for items purchased online within 14 days (including weekends) of receipt of goods.
All items must be on their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all labels attached. Your item must be in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons underwear/intimates and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Made-to-order, food products, and specialty items are non-returnable. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the goods are the recipients responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service – we are not able to provide a return label for international orders. RAASTED will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return process. When returning orders outside of EU, make sure to clearly state on the package that it is returned goods. We recommend writing RETURN on the box.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation received by email or a written note containing your order number and include it in the return package. This helps ensure smooth processing of the return.
All refunds will be made through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note, that the original shipping cost, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by RAASTED.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after RAASTED has received the returned goods. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction, in which we have no control over.
We reserve the rights to deny refunds if the goods returned does not meet our requirements.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise delivered to a parcel shop will not be picked up by RAASTED and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. We encourage you to return the goods with the same courier who delivered your parcel, as some shipping companies deliver before our opening hours.
You can return online orders physically in our store provided they adhere to the terms stated above.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you refuse to receive your product upon arrival or fail to pick up your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the product.
EXCHANGES
It is currently not possible to exchange products. Please return the goods and place a separate order if another variant is wanted.
CLAIMS
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods or no later than 2 days of delivery.
Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 24 months of purchase for repair, if possible, or replacement. A full refund will only be issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
RAASTED shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the RAASTED for examination.
Pictures of the faulty items and a description of the faulty goods are required.
Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
Please also note that many of our products are made by hand and therefore each item possess unique characteristics. Small imperfections are often inherent to the natural materials.
