We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

 

PAYMENT & VAT

Payment is required at the time of placing an order, including pre-orders. Goods will not be shipped until payment is received.

Prices for EU orders include VAT, charged at the Danish rate.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, which are not included in the listed prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. RAASTED ships international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

We cannot mark orders as gifts to avoid customs fees.

All card payments are subject to validation checks. If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to already discounted items. They are valid only within the set date range and cannot be applied retroactively or to future orders.

Newsletter discount codes are currently valid on Skall Studio, Frama (excluding lighting), and Aiayu. This is subject to change.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

RAASTED ships to most countries worldwide.
If you experience checkout issues due to shipping restrictions, please contact us directly.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy or that are submitted beyond the return window.

 

CLAIMS

Claims for damage, delay, or missing items in transit must be reported immediately or no later than 2 days after delivery.

For manufacturing faults that appear after use, claims must be submitted within 24 months of purchase. If possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. A refund will be issued only if neither is feasible.

To process a claim, please include a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and return the product along with its original packaging, securely packed for inspection.

RAASTED must be given a reasonable time to assess any claim.

Please note that items damaged due to incorrect care or normal wear are not considered faulty. Many of our products are handmade and may feature small natural variations — these are part of their character, not defects.

 

LIABILITY

RAASTED is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
We are not liable for customs delays or fees. Please contact your chosen courier for updates or delivery issues.

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Product specifications may differ slightly from what is shown on the website, including variations in size, color, and materials. These variations do not affect your statutory rights.

RAASTED reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues such as price errors or sold-out items.

 

DELAYS

Supply chain disruptions or carrier delays may occasionally affect your order. We will keep you updated if this occurs and do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. You are always welcome to contact us with questions.

When placing an order, you’ll be asked to provide personal information, including name, address, phone number, email, and payment details.
