In these conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means RAASTED. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.
PAYMENT & VAT
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.
All prices for items delivered within the EU include VAT where applicable. The VAT charged will be at the DK VAT rate.
For international orders, prices on the website may be subject to taxes and duties where applicable and depending on the shipping destination. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the prices shown on the website are subject to change, including any changes to taxes at the delivery destination.
We cannot mark orders as gifts according to customs and duties.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
*Please note, the newsletter discount applies to all items and brands, except AF Agger. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or used on discounted items. Does not apply to custom or previously placed orders. Discount code is available for a limited time period and only applies once per customer.
RAASTED ships worldwide.
Free shipping on orders within Denmark above 499 DKK. This does not include heavy weight and larger furniture, where an additional shipping fee may be added after purchase.
If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping. Delivery methods applicable for orders within the EU are GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Home Delivery. At times other shipping couriers may be used if GLS is not possible at the time. For orders outside of the EU, UPS is available. Great Britain, Switzerland, and Norway are considered outside of the EU. For larger furniture, an additional shipping fee may be added.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within Denmark. *This does not include made-to-order items*. Please allow up to 7 additional working days for orders outside of Denmark. This does not include the company's time to process the order. Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace shipping number so you can track your parcel.
At checkout on Raasted.dk, you can choose whether you want to pick up your purchase in our store in Aarhus or Ringkøbing. When your purchase is ready to be collected in our store, we will send an email to the one provided at checkout.
Regardless of the choice of the above delivery methods, you must bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up your order.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you.
You have 14 calendar days (including weekends) to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in its original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to return underwear (g-strings and briefs) for hygienic reasons.

RAASTED reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the demands stated above.
The customer holds full responsibility for the item or its condition until it has arrived at RAASTED. We are not at fault for items that have been lost or damaged in the delivery process of returning. In this case, no amount will be refunded.
It is currently not possible to exchange products. Please return the goods and place a separate order if another size or color is wanted.
The demands above do not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund where goods are faulty.
If you refuse to receive your product upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the product. Return products are to be sent to the following address:

Please remember to print your invoice or order confirmation that you have received by email (or write your order number on a piece of paper) and include it in the return package. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent.
We advise you to return the package with a trackable track and trace number and never to a parcel shop or pick-up point. Parcels delivered to a parcel shop will not be picked up and they will be returned back to the customer.
Return expenses are paid for by the customer. If you experience problems creating the return, please contact us with your order number and email and we will create the return for you. We will deduct 50 DKK from the refund upon arrival if you wish to use our return label.
It is possible to return the goods ordered online in our store in Aarhus as long as they comply with the terms stated above. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 10 business days. Note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
It is currently not possible to return items placed on orders outside of Denmark.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or product, please return the original order described above and place a new order.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
* Please note that you have 7 days to return any sale item bought in-store. Your right of withdrawal starts when you have received your product.
As a customer of RAASTED (online), you have the right to exchange your item within 14 days from the purchase date by using a valid receipt or order number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be able to show a valid receipt. It is not possible to return a product without a receipt. In-store purchases can be exchanged for a different item or a gift card within 14 days. It is possible to get a full refund of the refunded item within 7 days. Gifts are solely exchangeable or eligible for a gift card - no refunds will be given on gifts. Gift cards are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to return underwear (g-strings and briefs) for hygienic reasons. Made-to-order items are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.
It is possible to return the goods ordered online in our store in Aarhus as long as they comply with the terms stated above. Return products should be returned in-store at the following address upon agreement:

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 3 working days of delivery.
RAASTED shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the RAASTED for examination.
Pictures of the faulty items and a description of the faulty goods will be needed.
If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the Company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
The company reserves the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shade, and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
RAASTED reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in price and sold-out items.
Due to COVID-19 and other current world crises, we are currently experiencing delays from our suppliers and couriers. Regardless, we will do everything possible to expedite your order in a timely way and inform you of any status updates. When placing an order on RAASTED, you will need to provide us with the following information: name, surname, address, phone number, email, and credit/debit card information. This information is for internal use only, it will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third-party members.
