Leonor Berrehar, born in 1993, is a French artist and designer. She holds a degree in literature and studied art criticism at Central Saint Martins in London, later earning a master’s degree in textile design from EnsAD Paris. While developing her artistic practice, she continues to work with fabrics and ceramics, creating set designs for the culinary scene. Frequently participating in artist residencies, Léonor divides her time between Paris and Brussels, where she has established her studio.

Leonor explores the conventions of writing by creating unique alphabet systems that serve as a recurring motif in her work. This ongoing endeavor aims to bridge the gap between the comprehensible and the incomprehensible and mend broken connections. Her alphabets transform into patterns that convey meanings, reveal gaps, or present enigmatic puzzles, resonating with her Vietnamese heritage's lost language and culture.
