Herbal White Sage Smudge Stick | Cedar

Salvia apiana, commonly known as white sacred sage, is an evergreen shrub native to the Southwest and is widely used by Native Americans in various smudging ceremonies.

Details

To burn sage incense, light one end until it catches fire, then blow out the flame so it smokes. Hold it over a dish to catch any ash and enjoy the smoke. When finished, press it into sand or a dish to extinguish. Always use caution and never leave it unattended.
