Psyche Organic offers the purest organic olive oil in Scandinavia. Their farmers in Greece use biodynamic methods to harvest the olives. Once they are ripe - the olives are raked and immediately transferred to their extraction facility. They cold press their olives meaning the process happens without heat or additional chemicals. The olive oil is then bottled and brought to their store in Copenhagen.
