Organic Kirishima Matcha
This organic Matcha is produced in Kirishima, Kagoshima by Mr. Koichi Henta. It is made from the Yabukita cultivar and is shade grown for 21-35 days prior to harvest, then ground from its Tencha base using both machine and stone grinding.
The notes are mild, buttery, slightly floral and earthy with a subtle sweetness.
